The late Rev. W. Jordon at the Annual Conference in the year of 1913, under the administration of the late Bishop John Hurst, received his appointment and was sent to Orlando, Florida to establish a second AM.E. Church. Rev. Jordan accepted this task and went about it with great courage and faith in God.

On November 15th , Saint Mark celebrated its 94th Church Anniversary!  The theme chosen was, Repair, Rebuild, Restore – Isaiah 58:12.  Thank you to the Families who participated in the celebration and support of our Church by contributing a $100 gift.

1. OF FAITH IN THE HOLY TRINITY

There is but one living and true God, everlasting, without body or parts, of infinite power, wisdom and goodness; the maker and preserver of all things, both visible and invisible. And in unity of this God-head, there are three persons of one substance, power and eternity; the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost.

We believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ,
His only Son, our Lord who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead and buried; the third day He rose
from the dead, He ascended into heaven and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father
Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the
Holy Spirit, the Church Universal, the communion of the saints, the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.  Amen.
